52 Dares is about engaging playfully, creatively and bravely in experiences that expand you and your world – so that you might discover just how awesome you really are.
And you are.
But you’ve got all these ways that you hold yourself back. Some are so brilliantly disguised as true showstoppers that you’ve lost sight of how much power you actually have.
And you do.
You are bigger than the challenges you’re facing and questions you’re holding. And you’re far more capable and creative than you might believe.
But you’re about to discover that for yourself.
You can let go of searching for answers or trying to figure out what’s next. 52 Dares is about playing with possibility – and living your way into the answers instead.
Once you get going, you may even start to believe that you can take on the world.
And you can.
Your world. One dare at a time.
This is my story of coming out from beneath fear’s grip and finding beauty – in me, you and the world around us.
Because there was a time when I was so focused on what needed fixing, solving and figuring out that I was convinced I wasn’t enough. I felt lost and stuck and inadequate.
All of the big dreams for my life were out in the someday future – when I got my shit together. And so I spent a long time waiting. And searching. And struggling.
I finally saw what I was doing – and how much life experience (and love) I was withholding from myself. And as I began to engage in the kind of soul-stirring, perspective-shifting and confidence-boosting experiences that are at the heart of 52 Dares, the pendulum eventually swung back – and further than ever – to the other side.
In the nine years that I’ve been coaching other women – and my own personal journey, as well– I’ve learned this much: we terribly underestimate ourselves. Until we do it.
Now I’m joining forces with you, my fellow women warriors, because I believe we all need to be reminded of just how brave, beautiful and capable we really are. I know I do.
If you want, you can go here to read a bunch more about me (including my coaching qualifications and other things my ego snuck in there.)
Otherwise, may you get your brave on.
